The community has identified an alternate location to the Midvale-Pico interim housing project. It is located on Cotner Avenue where there are already at least 20 RVs, 10 cars, and 10 tents containing homeless individuals . This facility will serve up to 125 individuals compared to only 33 at the proposed Midvale site.

Community-Supported Homeless Housing Project Plan on Sepulveda Blvd.

The West LA and Rancho Park community has proposed an alternative site to Midvale-Pico on Sepulveda Blvd. at La Grange Ave. The Sepulveda site could house and provide services to more than 100 unhoused individuals.
